well i would say marquez but like some say it's more he got better timing then nartual speed.


hm and no manny has never fought no one that i can think off with handspeed. if i had to say i say morles and Barrera had good hand speed. enough to get a win off pac.

Pacquiao has the best handspeed with great power. All you guys can compare when pacquiao hits his opponent like hatton. Mayweather hit mosley with a solid right on the jaw, but his punch is just too weak. He can never beat pacquiao.

Of course, but speaking of handspeed, it means hitting your opponent with the maximum effect. Pacquiao can take Mayweather's punches, but I doubt if Mayweather can survive the pacman.
