I don't see how 1.2 is a bad number, people were blowing things out of proportion with silly numbers sending a false message.

Why is it so hard to believe? Like I kept saying Mosley/Mayweather will be lucky to do 1M-1.5M buys. Reason being is Flyod has been known to be a real boring boxer and people got tired of being duped for an action packed, but gets as usual boring, pot shot, UD fight.
However the actual Mosley/Mayweather had proved everyone wrong, Flyod can be an action packed fighter, like Pac!!! Guaranteed the Pacquiao vs Mayweather will no amazing high PPV numbers, after the Mosley/Mayweather great action performance!!!

Since when is 1.2 bad? Kevin is always wrong. This fight did 1.5 or better.

GTFOH. I heard people talking about this fight that never watch boxing. People I work with that never watch boxing where asking me my thoughts on the fight as well.

Too many people that know very little to nothing about boxing knew about this fight and a potential fight with "Pac-roid" (the term they used).

Such irony, as I said if Pac walk (or runs) from the fight again people/fans wont be so forgiving.

The "NEW" standard of testing is here. Get used to it and help clean up the sport! If it was Pac's idea the shoe would be on the other foot for MANY people.

Just imagine if PAC was american and got the tounge of Mayweather.
                He'd be setting PPV records.
this is true pac sells cuz he's worth the money, all action all entertainment. nobody cares what he says in the 24/7's. if he was american and a trash talker he would sell the most ppv's of anybody including floyd. floyds mouth sells more than what he does in the ring.

The numbers could be right, they could be wrong, but Iole is wrong a lot. He also stated that Floyd demanded Mosley when Pac signed with Clottey, when in reality it took nearly 2-3 weeks after Clottey and Pacquiao signed for Shane to be available.
The Mayweather vs Mosley fight was promoted on a level I have never seen before, along with the tv appearances, commercials, HBO's 24/7, the posters and a variety of advertisements on the internet on all types of websites...it could reach higher numbers, as it should with all the promotion put into it. Give it a week or so and then we'll know. Just accept the numbers, lets not argue about it, b/c you have to realize the average fan would have liked this fight 5-6 years ago, today the hype was built on the marketing of the fight.
