So if a fight ends in a 1 or 2 round KO it's exciting, but if it goes 12 it's boring?

Not because Mayweather's boxing clinic but because the great fighter they thought was going to give Mayweather more then he could handle became "just another fight" against Mayweather.

They will justify it by claiming Mosley was too old, shot, and overtrained but Mayweather's just too good.

If a Boxer (Keyword: Boxer) goes in and knocks someone out in the first round, sure it's exciting for that time being

Yet, when a Boxer (Keyword: Boxer) puts on a Boxing Clinic! You act as if the fight was boring just because of the fact it wasn't an early KO...

Then people will say that a 12 round Boxing decision wasn't worth the money, yet a 1 or 2 round KO was worth the money....???? How so, because you got to see someone get knocked out early???

If you are a fan of Boxing, you appreciate all styles, so whether it goes 1 or 12, neither Boxer should be ridiculed...

I know everyone has there own preferences, but no need to discredit a boxer for boxing...

The fact of the matter is if you think a Boxer is boring, or their fight is going to be boring, then DON'T watch it and that way we don't have to hear you complain about it going all 12 rounds!!!!!!!!!!

Not that it is boring, but as fans, we like to be on the edge of our seats for the entire fight...when a fight takes shape in the early rounds like that, you say to yourself "so this is how its going to go for the rest of the night huh?"

Mosley is my all time fav and up until Sat I reallly hated Maytard.
Now I see it diff. I love how May got rocked like never before when all these huggers were saying MOsley would never hit him.
Well he did and almost ended it in 2.
then may came back to DOMINATE!
          Gotta love him for that.

The fact that Floyd was almost knocked out in the second was totally worth it to me.
NO ONE has ever done what SSM did to him in that second
you cant blame it on a slip or say he wasnt stunned cause we all know he was almost out.
but god damn he recovers fast

The people I was with were all rooting for Mosley. When he hurt Floyd in the second round, everyone was standing up. But as soon as Floyd started getting in the groove, they were all pretty impressed "oohing" and "aaahing" when Floyd would catch Mosley. But then around the 7th round, they were growing pretty impatient and yawning. By the 11 round, they just wanted Floyd to knock Mosley out already.

Facebook and Twitter was all blown up with dissapointment. But thats casual fans for you. The fight didnt live up to the hype.
Let's blame Floyd Jr for this. I mean, he had Shane heistant to throw. But that was your party experience, I mean as you said the people you watched it with were rooting for Shane.

I didn't think it was boring at all. The 2nd round made me jump up, it will be one of the moments of the year in boxing.

If Mosley had anything left and gave a good fight for 12 rounds I wouldn't complain.

But it was obvious that he shot his load in the 2nd and had nothing left after that.

Floyd has 1 good comeback round in the 3rd and Mosley stops throwing punches.

                zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

c'mon *****s... the fight was competitive for 2 rounds. the fight got one-sided after the 2nd round. that's not entirely floyd's fault but some of the blame also has to be put on mosley. floyd was more aggressive than usual, which was great, but not aggressive enough to really punish and take out mosley. I think if floyd put his foot to the gas pedal he could've stopped mosley. by the 7-9th round mosley was there to be stopped imho. a busier floyd would've resulted in a stooppage

what you guys need to realize is that it doesnt matter what we, hardcore fans, think. We keep the sport relatively "alive", but it is the opinion of casual fans that keep the sport in the mainstream. and right now, they aren't too happy with what they're fed.
