Martinez has niether the Boxing IQ,Ring generalship,Expierence and style Floyd brings.Floyd can handle a slick quick fighter. Whos the savyest fighter martinez has fought?Pwill?Dudes only been boxing 12-13 years total, Floyd will do things to him hes never seenor heard of. Im not saying Floyd walks through Martinez, but Martinez is at very large disadvantage in terms of technicality if they fought.
    Thank you man.

Martinez will have his hands full and will look like a deer in headlights at time. I cant count Floyd out hes too smart int he ring. He will adjust and find a way to win.

We're talking about trannie Oscar De La Hoya here who's nothing special, Martinez right now is in his prime. You know damm well he had a close fight with Paul and many people and experts can make the argument that he won that fight. He outclassed Pavlik and beat Cintron twice in one night. This man is on fire right now and definetly aint no way he's getting out classed. He's a slick southpaw and by the way PBF made his exciting return last saturday, If Floyd fights that way against a southpaw that could be dangerous. This is what makes this fight so great that it's actually could become a close fight since both fighters bring so much to the table.

Martinez's height, reach, speed and work rate would make this a very rough fight for Mayweather. But still, I think Mayweather has more in the tank and would find a way to win this. Martinez looked great against Pavlik, but he wouldn't look as fast and accurate in the ring against Mayweather.

Yes hell weigh more, but Martinez is not much of a power puncher. 25kos in 45 fights, against alot of subpar fighters.

Oscar also got rocked by Steve Forbes. Martinez was looking sharp, fast, and quick at MW. Martinez can beat any MW right now, except for Paul Williams, that's how good he is.

Jro might take back that green k after this post.

I dont care what the judges had it. Oscar won 3 rounds. 4 if you're an Oscar fan. He was throughly out boxed, out classed and even out muscled at times. He was dominated.

Im down to see this fight next.

Burner he is not a small JMW. He is a legit JMW maybe even a big JMW. He might be a small MW but not a small JMW

Floyd would be a small JMW and even a smaller MW. He would still have to gain the weight and that might effect him.

There are weight-class for a reason. I know you and a few others think Floyd is the greatest skill wise but weight-class will come to play at some point. And, Martinez is a skilled guy as well who has legs unlike Shane and JMM. And, he has a southpaw stance to boot and his power is pretty good plus he is quick and at MW he would be quicker than Floyd. at 154 is Floyd best bet. Since he can weigh in at 148 at the highest 150 like he did for Oscar. But, at MW he more than likely would have to weigh in at 155. And, that will take away speed and movement.

Don't even try to say I'm an Oscar fan ever again .

He wasn't completely dominated that's BS.

You're talking and praising Floyd too much Burner, I rather suggest you cool it off a little.

No, not at all. But it seems as if a Martinez Bandwagon has formed in the last 24 hours. Many of the passengers seem to belive Martinez could outclass or stop Floyd.

Im here to say, no way...no how.

Floyd reduced shane to a punching bag, The same shame with 17 years professional and a lifetime of boxing experience. A guy who is a ATG and has been in with several other ATGs looked clueless vs Floyd. WTF would Martinez do? Floyd would pick him apart, tell me why im wrong? You act as if its insulting to say hed lose to Floyd.
