You can't include the Clottey fight in the comparison because Clottey was a covering up punching bag. The numbers get skewed too much with the Clottey fight. That being said, Floyd's numbers are still great. The problem with Floyd's efficiency is that by itself the problem, he is just darn efficient, to the point that he overwhelms his opponent so much that his fights end up looking boring, too lopsided. Floyd is just that good. Mosley was good up to the 2nd round. After that he fizzled out AND mayweather stepped up his game.

why do floyd haters say that after the second rd mosley got tired. Mosely never really got tired due to old age or any dumb excuses you guys bring up...mosley got punished everytime he threw with powerful counter shots..therefore he could not throw as much...floyd only threw about 20 more punches then him in the whole fight..so how can ya say sugar was not throwing? Give credit where credit is due!

look im a big mosley fan and a lil fan of mayweather ok...
but i give credit were credit is do yo...
mayweather won that fight fair and square he got rocked and took it like a champ ..
but what i got to say for mosley isnt an exuse i think that mosley should go ahead and fight andre berto and then go ahead and fight pac man the reason for that is i think he jumped into the floyd fight to early he hadnt fought in like 1yr and 5 to 6months he was too tight and didnt follow is game plan he got tired after the ****ing 4th rd that dont seem like mosley to me not even that ****ty fight with mayorga he still threw punches . all im sayin is let him get like two fights then he can make a rematch and make it a better fight for mayweather.. mosley still champ and pac vs floyd wont happen .. so either floyd fight paul wiliams or berto if not them then retire ...
mosley showed he can hurt mayweather bad so let the grandpa fight 1 or twice then get that rematch floyd ain going anywere plus they got a rematch clause in fight contract baby..

look man im not making exuses i give credit were credit is do...
mayweather is a bad boy you know ....
give mosley one fight or two then he gets a remaatch with floyd
and mosley wont be tight and he will exacute his gameplan and make it a better fight .... he did get tired after the 4th rd he was getting out boxed
the over trained mosley got beat fair and square.. much respect to floyd
they got a rematch clause in the fight contract and like floyd said he fight for a check so if the numbers are right like they will be then why not fight again ?

Mosley land in single digits in the last six rounds of the fight and in nine of the 12 total rounds. Mosley didn't grow old overnight. This was a dominating performance by Floyd.

damn, your blind loyalty to mayweather is unbelievable. Just because I said Mosley fizzled out after the 2nd round, I am a floyd hater? GTFO!! Read my whole statement. I even said that Mayweather is too efficient that he blows off his opponents that it makes his own fights look easy.

That isn't a fix buddy, mosley just got tired after round 2 because of his age, i was a little dissapointed that floyd couldn't knock out mosley who was so tired and doesn't throw a punch anymore.

Yap anyone can see it that mosley got tired after round 2, and i've been saying this for almost a month now that mosley's age will be the biggest factor in this fight, and i was right. Mosley was just too old to compete with the elites of 147 division.
