Mayweather shouldnt give him ANY cutoff date. He let him the last time and Manny refused. If he does give him a cutoff date give him a 2 day cutoff date to get over his "sapped" energy after taking blood like he claims.

USADA has a policy of testing up until the day of the fight. It wasn't just Floyd.

let me remind u of something.. the testing is supposed to be up until the weigh in, team pacquiao first said they wanted a week, floyd gave them a week, then they wanted two weeks, floyd gave them two weeks, then they wanted 24 days and pulled out when floyd said no. himself having agreed to mannys just as crazy clause on the million dollars a pound thing instantly.

Floyd wanted testing until the weigh in. Then Pac offered 30 days. and then Floyd offered 14 days. and then Pac offered 24 days after that.

They didn't reach an agreement, fight off.

Now Pac has agreed to Floyd's original compromise and he suddenly doesn't deserve it because Floyd beat Mosley?

Floyd not agreeing to 14 days is like Floyd accepting 24 days and pac tells him no random drug testing at all.

bottom line: If Floyd doesn't accept 14 days he's ducking Manny
