Floyd has had the stance on USADA testing from day 1. He agreed to every demand we know that Pacquiao put out.

the main issue is Pacs teams doesnt trust DLH/Mayweathers paid testing and NSAC might implement there own blood testing. Which both Pac and Flyod should agree on to get fight sign. For sake of boxing let NSAC do there job and fight!!!
