Sam Peter is the guy you thinking of, he has a lot more to learn other than throw bombs. Him and a few other prospects should make the division a little bit juicy. But none of the champions want to fight the prospects, they would rather fight top 10-20 ranked guys than 1-15.

Brock should have gotten a shot by now, but anybody who isnt promoted by King and is a heavyweight they are automatically out of the running.

Toney isn't Ruiz's mandatory, I thought he was suspended from fighting for the WBA title for 3 years? As for Valuev, wouldn't you be scared of fighter who is over 7 feet and 300 lbs?

if i were john ruiz: yes, id be scared. if i were a pro right now: no, i wouldnt be scared (i wouldnt be scared because i know that anyone can be beaten).
i know toney's not ruiz mandatory, im just trying to say that valuev and toney are the two fighters that ruiz doesnt want to face.
