You can give the best advice in the world, it means nothing if the fighter doesn't listen to it.

There is only so much a trainer can do. If your fighter is inferior than you can't do a damn thing about it.

It's the fighters who have to find it in themselves to use what it takes to win.

At this level, the trainer is nothing more than a strategist and a motivator.

He was right for the most part...although Floyd's gameplan was to walk Shane down which was suprising...

Idk how good of a trainer he is...tough to say, Floyd was superior than Shane...he usually knows what he's talkin about tho...

Naazim can't fight for Shane, Roach can't fight for Pacquiao, and Roger thankfully can't fight for Floyd

Shane Mosley fell in love with his power and started trying to land another bomb.

Richardson was right when he said, "You're trying to land the perfect shot. There are none!"

Meaning Mosley's best bet was to try to put them together, give him different angles, and JAB!

What ****m was saying was perfect imo but Shane wasn't following it up at all. They worked on **** in training but Shane didn't execute.

As a trainer theres only so much you can do if you don't have the correct tools for the job.

I would LOVE to see Richardson with P. Will

Roger was an excellent fighter in his day. Two time world champion, and the mean even KD and hurt Sweat Pea.
