If this goes official and Pac still refuses to fight Mayweather then he is definitely a *****, but if this goes official and Mayweather kills the fight with split issues then he is a bigger *****.

The question is will Floyd abide to what the commision recommends, if ever NSAC adapts the more stringent and improved tests, or go out of his way and still insist on OST.

Fight in Texas. No cut off to random testing.

Seems like a fair deal to me.
