But the thing about Floyd is that he sees greatness on how many losses one fighter has. Most boxing writers and people see greatness on how a fighter comes away from a loss. Yes, SRR lost to LaMotta but LaMotta was one of the toughest and best SOBs he ever fought. And add to that, SRR whupped LaMotta's ass three weeks after the loss.

I don't care if what he said was on point (which it wasn't) and he actually knew what he was talking about (which he doesn't), he's on the wrong.
Didn't Ali discredit Marciano, Joe louis ,patterson and many others before him? Now you defend him

Not true. He just happens to be 40-0. Your telling me Floyd would get credit with a few losses on his record? They would fry his ass.

I take it you learned your ducking techniques from Floyd?
          I'll try again.
If the media is against Floyd,

how did he win fighter of the year awards?

So instead of just fighting the guys who many feel pose a great threat,

            just avoid them instead?

            Is that how greatness works?

Back then he wasn't as big or as rich as he is now. Alot of jealousy and envy is out there. And this is not about fighter of the year. This is about being flamed for the same thing Ali did. Now people defend Ali like he was the most respectful guy. Ali discredited Marciano, Louis,Patterson and many more.

I certainly don't care. Every great fighter thinks they're the best. They just don't say it. It's not like there'll never again be a fighter as good or better than them. I don't think Floyd is, but if he does, good for him. At least he's confident.

Avoid who. Write the facts. Magarito,Cotto,Pacquiao are all Bob Arum fighters. P. williams is with Al haymon. Politics stopped these fights not Floyd. If you know anything about boxing you woud know that .

Great attitude to have. We don't have to like it. Let that man do him.

Floyd wasn't big, or rich in 2007?

That was the year he became known.

                      So, tell me again,

since the media is so against Floyd, how did he win fighter of the year in 2007? A year in which he was part of the biggest money fight ever.
