im not saying it wouldnt be hard to fight my own blood but come on now
if they are both at the top of the division it has to be done
I'm just saying, it could happen. I still wouldn't fight my own brother, sparre with him - no problem. But actually fighting him, I'd skip. I respect their choice for believing and acting according to their belief. Although, I'm not saying I wouldn't watch the fight, would be one of the biggest HW bouts for a long time..
It might be business, but somethings (in my book) are more important than such things as business.. Family for example.
You won't see a unified HW until one of them retire.

Vitali retired for 4 years and Wlad didn't get the job done, Wlad should **** off and let Vitali have the chance to become undisputed.

There ARE some decent fighters in the division, but the only two real bona-fide, top-notch, GREAT heavyweights are the Klitschkos. That being said, the division in better than the 1980s.

Chambers, Boytsov, Chagaev and Adamek are all very good boxers, the problem is they are CRUISERWEIGHT size, not true modern HWs.

The only highly athletic big men are the Klitschkos. Other big guys like Michael Grant, Tye Fields, Julius Long, Tyson Fury, Alexander Ustinov, Nicolay Valuev, Marcellus Brown, Ray Austin, etc are not even close to the Klitschkos' talent and athleticism.

The Klitschkos would be champions in ANY era.

Joe Louis struggled against a little middleweight Billy Conn in their first fight (Conn was ahead on two cards after 12 rounds) - he would be beaten down by Wladimir or Vitali. They would dominate smaller HWs like Dempsey, Frazier, Tyson, and Marciano.
I don't buy that. They're legit HW's but like you said in another post the Klitschko's happen to be great giant HW's. Something which only them Lewis, Bowe, maybe Golota (skillwise) were. There has never been or will never be a HW division with a half dozen plus guys that size and skill all fighting at the same time.

I really like Adamek and am not saying he used anything. I'm sure he is a phenomenal worker and he is one of my top 3 favourite fighters. Just saying that it wouldn't suprise me.

(Edit: I'm not sure he has a 50/50 chance....)
Adamek himself has said he's naturally 200-205. Putting on 10-15 lbs of muscle for a 32 year old Professional athlete is nothing.

When the Klits retire that is when the HW division will be relevant again
we will once again have an undiputed HW champ
not these two idiots who refuse to fight each other because we promised MOMMY denying us the fans of a true Undisputed HW champ.
If you really believe that then i don't know what to tell you. How many Undisputed Champions are there currently in all divisions...........? Right.

I'm sure you preferred it when Ruiz, Rahman, Byrd, etc all had titles and King put on amazing fights like Barret vs Rahman. It was awesome when the HW superfights like Bowe vs Lewis happened or when Lewis fought Holyfield and Tyson in their prime.

Good point but I think they are holding it all back
we will never know who the real champ is because they are the two best and wont fight each other
I would rather see two scrubs go at it then one of them take on a scrub

I completely understand them not fighting each other, I wouldnt expect it. It just sucks that Vitali-Wlad is the only legit heavyweight matchup, it won't happen and we don't get a unified champ in the process.
