    Stop the American Heavyweight excuse!!!!

im american first off, but im getting sick of the excuse for american heavyweights.... im getting sick of "oh well all the big guys are playing football, or basketball" america isn't the only place in the world with sports...... its really annoying, and used quite often on this forum as an excuse to why american heavyweights aren't doing good currently.........

emmanuel steward has said the same thing regarding HW's.

as a guy that owned a gym and trained fighters, if he's not getting the same amount of HW contenders to train, as he was in his heydey, i'm sure he'd know.

big, agile americans have better options today....i'm sorry if you dudes take it as an excuses, but it is what it is....

eastern europe they do combat sambo, mma, judo, hockey, etc.... so if there not doing good they can make an excuse to.....

i dont see it as an excuse, i see it as what's exactly happening. There are no heavies from america. Heavyweight Boxing has'nt been very popular, but there are some youngsters comming up. You can't deny, the heavies, no matter from what country, suck. The heavyweight division basically stinks, and hasn't ever been this bad. The klitch's are really good fighters but have noone to challenge them so now they're coming off as great's, which i think is completely incorrect.
