After the collapse of the Soviet Union...American fighters started to decrease little by little, that's when Eastern Europeans took over.

You can chat all this **** about boxing being small in America, but we all know it's not. I bet you there are more gyms in New York then there is in the whole of England.
Oh I don't doubt that. I'm just saying, how many other countries do you see dominating their 10th most popular sport?

well ok those bastards bred a little more since last I checked. But you're mostly including inconsequential 3rd world countries. I'm talking about 1st world European countries like Britain, Germany etc.

Chambers beat Dimitrenko so what's that say. I wouldn't say Povetkin, Chagaev, or Ibragimov are impressive heavyweight talent. They may of had belts(except povetkin) but it speaks to how crummy the division truly is. They are not very good at all. Can't say anything about Boytsov because I've never seen him fight but outside of the Klits the division is really poor. American or Euro.

The point about 'soccer' is pretty legit although there are some exceptions but don't forget about rugby which is much more popular in the UK than boxing to be honest, definitely in terms of participants.

This is pretty pathetic, Yanks. Keep claiming other sports robbing your boxing superstars.

                  No European's bring that up.

I bet Rooney would be a beast at 160.
