That zero and trash talking is his only claim to fame.

You increase reaction time by having closely synchronized stimuli-response.
If the stimuli and response are far apart, you are not sharpening reflexes. baseball players don't practice reaction time by hitting arc pitch softballs. track athletes don't take off a few seconds or so afte rthe gun goes off.
You practice "****-****". Not "****...um, , er, uh,,, ****"
sure its sharpening no matter how far the repetitions are apart. punches arent on a metronome pace. floyd throws counters which are in nature off-beat.
dude, do you homework. btw, track and baseball are connected to boxing how?

Nobody is talking about theregularity of interval of the towel snaps. i'm talking about the expected reaction time from when the towel is released to when Shane has to duck.
If you see a car coming at 15 miles per hour, does it challenge your reflexes and reaction time the same way as if the car was coming at 60 mph?
It is related to baseball and track because fast-twitch muscles and reflexes are trained, in principle, the same way. Irrespective of sport

Remember, guys... Brother Naazim has never developed a top fighter.
Never.
What does develop mean to you? Because rarely does a fighter stay with the same trainer for an entire career. Roach took on Pacquiao after Manny had 20+ fights and was a former champion. Roger hasn't done **** with anyone else and Floyd was already developed by Sr.
You can try to dismiss everything and anything Naazim has done, but if he wants to, he will keep winning because he has shown the intelligence and wisdom to be able to be an elite trainer. Time will tell that you're an idiot.

Did Freddie Roach develop Manny Pacquiao?
Now, did Naazim Richardson develop anyone?
Roger took an amateur champion at the inception of his career. That guy is an ATG.
Naazim took an amateur champion at the inception of his career. That guy is a 30 yr old sparring partner for aforementioned ATG.
