i dont see why people gotta hate on one trainer and say one trains people better because of better boxers to train or more boxers.

from what ive seen naz has taken bhop and mosley to 2 great victories over top level opponents.

the towel thing is wierd n fun but useful in a small way for mosley to be aware of defence while on his offense.

the floyd mocking it was funny though!,that and the "o,that means im handsome" are the only really funny things floyd has said.

I have shown you exactly why Naaz is being overrated based on a spotty resume. How Naaz' own son has underperformed. How Roger has a more accomplished CV than Naaz, etc.

Those are all facts. But you keep focusing on how you "feel" when Naaz talks.

Here is why:

When you dislike or hate Floyd, then everything that the opponent does somehow becomes elevated. Irrespective of facts.

I saw people on here saying that "one punch" will get Floyd out. When is the last time - IF EVER - that Shane knocked out a good fighter with one punch? In fact, when was the last time Shane had a Ko over ANY decent boxer?

These are people who don't watch fights - but only highlight reels.

It's funny. Because neither of Naaz' fighters are particularly known for head movement. Hop nor Shane. Hop fights with his chin tucked, and Shane gets hit alot. That's shocking considering that Naaz will be getting the Nobel Prize for the development of innovative training tactics.

Reading the entire statement kind of helps in getting my point across. I said if you react to something coming at you from the corner of your eye, then yes it helps with your reflexes. How is that hard to understand?

Wow.

After 7 weeks in camp, Mosley knows that its slow and soft towel that Naasim is throwing around, more importantly is brain knows it. You cant improve reflexes with something that is slowing coming at you. Reflexes is the speed of reaction. You cant improve your reaction speed with something that is coming slowly towards you.

Yes. When you use a rigid object, you can control the pace of the object much better. i have also had guys who are holding the bag shoot a jab or two at me.

But waving a towel that will take two seconds to get there allows you to time your duck between punches, and that is not the intent.
