But to me, I saw convicts in both camps. Thug-looking guys with neck tattoos and braided hair in both camps. I heard profanity from both camps.

HBO is manipulating and dividing/conquering. They film 100 hours of footage and edit it down to 23 minutes. And then you guys bicker about who is "better".
You don't have to act out what you look like. That's the gist of it.

No matter how you look, even if you wear an expensive suit, clean shaven and the works but when what comes out of your mouth is all profanities, thrash and constantly contradicting what you say will define what you really are inside and outside. Floyd can give millions to charity, hands out cash (fake btw) or have cameras following him feeding bums and then later on say **** things to these people, **** the fans who idolize him, ****s all boxers who is threat to his in-famy, then that's what is wrong with floyd.

I don't care what a person looks like outwardly, it's his demeanor inside and outside his craft which is important but i'm not saying he needs to be perfect either as it is not human anymore.

I agree that the towel method is not that deep only because the brain adapts so fast. Especially for an athlete in tip-top condition like Mosley. You need something faster and harder than a towel, because that would leave more of an impression on the brains ability to adapt and react faster.

After muscle memory gets used to dodging it, it'll be tough to catch someone off guard with it.

I guess I can see how it could help to keep focus in an intense training session but not much beyond that.

a quick shape shifting visual, corner of the eye reaction as well as full-spectrum stimuli with repetition will increase reaction time. there is a 2-man drill that the old timers know that work on the same thing. trust me it works. what goes in a 38 year old fighter is the brain to hand sync. u always hear about older guys sayin "i could see what I needed to do, but was (either) late on the trigger, or couldnt pull the trigger".

btw u can whip a towel faster than any punch that was ever thrown. what looks slow to you isnt exactly slow.

Hell, his OWN SON has under-performed. His son is a 30 year old sparring partner.
So, you're implying that someone who hasn't taken a kid from nowhere to the top is not a great trainer period?

Freddie Roach never took a kid from early on to the top. Is he not a great trainer?

                Eddie Futch
for ****s sake never even took a kid from the streets up and made him a world beater, after Jordan only he trained established guys. I suppose a hall of famer like him, one of the best and most well known trainers ever, isnt a great trainer either.

                Get the **** outta here.

He isn't whipping the towel. Did you actually SEE it? He is waving the towel.

You increase reaction time by having closely synchronized stimuli-response.

If the stimuli and response are far apart, you are not sharpening reflexes. baseball players don't practice reaction time by hitting arc pitch softballs. track athletes don't take off a few seconds or so afte rthe gun goes off.

You practice "****-****". Not "****...um, , er, uh,,, ****"

First of all, I never said "streets up". Secondly, if you think that Futch never guided a career from early to a championshi, I highly suggest you go learn more about the history of the sport.
