Good post...30-40 years from now people really will remember Tyson's glory years more than the think about the modern spectacle. Remember Joe Louis also sank sadly into the ropes in his last fight.

Tyson could have been a lot greater than he was, and he has made a lot of mistakes to say the least, but I think that he might redeem himself a little bit in his post-boxing career.

Sam Peter is doing good but there will never be another Tyson he was so unique in so many different ways.

I think some people have to understand that Tyson was severely mentally ill even before he got into boxing. Have you ever heard Robin Givens talk about their life together? The guy is seriously imbalanced. She even seems to sympathize with the guy.

Obviously it doesn't excuse any of the bad stuff he's done outside the ring, but as for some of his other sideshow antics, I think it's obvious that he's had problems in his brain even before it took a beating in his professional life.

Tyson doing fine now, did you hear him at the press conference. He sounds like he found himself finally. This the bottomline TYSON DOESN'T HAVE IT ANYMORE. And thats why he lost, he just doesn't have it anymore and never will. Its too bad but it happens to everyone in every sport.
