arraamis cleared it up for me in another thread
You can see the endotrachial tube still in his mouth from where somebody tried to resuscitate him. You can also see the bruise just above the adams apple where the crouch of the pants pressed against the throat.Last edited by -Mustang-; 04-24-2010, 12:06 PM.

Sorry, but it is standard procedure to remove as much evidence from the suspect at the scene of the crime, especially when it involves a murder and that suspect is being fully co-operative.
