Most boxing experts would put both in the top 50 all time no question. And Manny is 4-1 against them. I could be wrong, but wasn't Manny the first to TKO both these fighters?

I tend to agree. IMO Morales won 2 of the 3 fights with Berrera. And he also beat Manny Pacquiao. Something no name US boxing scene fighter can claim. I would put him ahead of Berrera at about #35 probably.
