Most boxing experts would put both in the top 50 all time no question. And Manny is 4-1 against them. I could be wrong, but wasn't Manny the first to TKO both these fighters?
This is why Floyd nut huggers are idiots. Show me what HOF fights Floyd even has under his belt and Manny has 3 times as many.
