Yeah so? i don't think he would have made that statement if he was eating cheese burger all day, and that would be 33 pounds lighter than what he weighed for his last fight. That is just plain unhealthy!

He was a fat pile of crap for his last fight, so stop acting like you know what you're talking about. He should not be judged off that. He's come in in the 230s before. 235-245 is an optimal weight for him.

I think he can come in heavy v adamek cuz he's going to overpower him.

I Also think it's funny how Chris ALWAYS underestimates his weight, like he's so scared of people calling him fat. Just be honest if you really don't care.

        Adamek is really light.

Yes he did come in at in the 230's before and no I'm not saying 250 is his optimal weight what I am saying is that just like every other fighter he "gains" weight in between fights. So lets say he weighed 280 at the begining of training camp and i'm being generous because it's been reported in the past that he can get as heavy as 300 pounds between fights. 280-250=30 pounds lost and thats only if he weighed 280 before a 6-8 week training camp. So no it wasn't just 13 pounds that he lost and if he keeps going the way he's going he very well could be at 240 in one or two fights.

So yes I do know what I'm talking about.

He got hungry so he decided to eat alot of pizza and drink alot of beer. He was 240 at one point but he put the weight back on. Food is more important to him then having a big-ass paycheck.

Poor Adamek is going to receive a bad beating from the bigger, thicker, stronger Arreola.

Actually is just makes your argument even less crediable because not only was george chunky, but he was also 45 on top of that.

You act like the LHW division and Cruiserweight are teaming with talent. Take away David Haye when he was at Cruiser and Dawson at LHW and you got two divisions just as talentless as the HW division.
Adamek is 6-1 in world title fights in two different weight divisions. And during this process he has beaten five fighters in six fights that where ranked in the top ten by Ring Magazine at the time. And his only lose was to a fighter many believe to be the best LHW on the planet. To be fair I also looked up Arreola's opponents and should any one be surprised that his only opponent ranked by Ring magazine was the one who beat his a$$. So, I will have to ask which fighters resume seems better, and also how many titles has the "Nightmare" won?
