Because he beat Marquez the P4P Number 2 and the ring felt that no matter what weight it was at that Floyd looked good enough to be ranked again. Considering he retired the best fighter on earth.

Yeah, even Martinez said he lost the fight. The Cotto stans say that Mosley claimed he was defeated after the fight. So why the double standards?

I understand that. But it was an extremely close fight that could have gone either way. Personally I had Williams winning. Officially, Williams won. He's beaten the top rated guy at 147, won a title at 154 and holds a win over Martinez. Three divisions, two titles and at worst is #2 in the third. Pound for pound, he should be rated higher.

Any title other than the one Williams lost on his first defense at 147, regained, then immediately moved up that I should know about?

Martinez just beat the undisputed MW champ, while still holding a JMW title. That smokes anything Williams has done (disputable win over Martinez and a shot Winky notwithstanding.)

Yes he retired as rated the best, but that was over two years now and he came back and beat someone rated 2 division below him, doesn't matter if they were p4p no 2. If Lennox Lewis came back and beats Chad Dawson at HW should he then be on the list?

By your statement of "The P4P List is a what have you done for me lately list."

Floyd really should then not be on the list.

Who cares if he still held the belt.

Williams BEAT Martinez. Martinez just proved hes better then Pavlik.

So where does that leave the guy who BEAT Martinez? Right.

Williams beating a Prime Marg, Winky and Martinez is better then Martinez only big win which is Pavlik a guy most of bscene called a bum.

I just explained what Floyd did lately. The ring felt it was enough.

Can you name 2 fighters better then Floyd with a straight face?
