The inactivity is the only reason.

But, like I said I have no problem with him being ranked. But, I don't understand how you going to rank him and take off JMM off the list. Why cuz he went to a weight-class he didn't belong in and fought an elite fighter?

So if you telling me if Martinez, Williams, Pacquiao, Mosley go to a weight-class they don't belong in and get dominated against an ELITE fighter you going to take them off the list?

It just makes no sense...

He had that exact same fight signed for Dec 26. It was him and his team that delayed that same fight to January...

That falls on him and his team. That is his fault. If he would of just kept that date we wouldn't be having a problem now would we? The earthquake would of happen but he wouldn't be effected by it...

At the end of the day no can argue that Shane and Floyd arent Top 5 fighters. Whether they should be ranked or not is debatable but we been fans a long time we know how these rankings work.

The ring rankings need a re-do.

Is Floyd not an elite fighter?

Was Floyd not fighting in his weight-class?

Did JMM belong at that weight-class?

He is rematching a fight that was called FOTY last year. Who should he be fighting? Somebody who can not even make 140 for a 135lb fight? Or somebody who takes banned substances to make 135? Or somebody who just died? Or maybe fight somebody who lost to that same shot fighter?

If Dawson fought Haye at HW and gets dominated cuz he would get dominated and lose every round against Haye at HW. Dawson should be taken off the list...
