Furthermore, I am sure people are refreshed by seeing a trainer who isn't nonsensical, speaks with some thought behind his statements, is distinct and intelligible with his statements, and has real credibility behind his sentiments. I am sure Roger appeals to some people but let's face it. He was a subpar champ who got his ass beat by everyone who should have beat him, and it's fairly obvious he lives through Floyd Jr.'s accomplishments that he could never have achieved himself.
Consider the following: Freddie Roach clearly admits he is "the best trainer because he has the best fighter". Who does Roger train that's worth anything besides Floyd?
Sorry to get off track here, but Roger is a tool.
Dude doesn't look much different than he did 20 years ago.
I never heard anyone refer to him as Pretty Boy Roger. Theres nothing about the way he looks or acts now that would have surprised me 20 years ago when homeboy was still boxing.

I am curious to hear some opinions on this because I personally don't see what Floyd has here that Shane can't handle.
Floyd can't hurt Shane if he hit him with Margarito's gloves. Floyd is fast, and counters well. Shane is fast and counters well, and puts combos together with POWER behind it. We have never seen Floyd hurt. Will he know what to do when he is rocked? Will he have Roy Jones Jr's heart getting off the canvas? Will his corner know what to do at all seeing Floyd getting busted up, or even cut for that matter?
Let's hear some thoughts here, pro Mosley and pro Floyd. I would really like to see what the variance in opinions are here at BoxingScene because I see this as Mosley's fight hands down.

Now that you have answered that, why find it so hard to believe this young woman when she says he jumped on her in the apartment? Was Roger not arrested at the scene? If police arrive to the scene of a domestic disturbance, they have to investigate. If there are no visible signs someone was assaulted, they instruct one party to go down to the station to file a report. Apparently Roger roughed her up because they put the iron bracelets on him. Secondly, I knew of Melissa before Roger tried to train her. I was trying to get her modeling gigs. And third, she is a very humble woman. You are free to ask her yourself http://www.facebook.com/people/Melissa-St-Vil/533738242 .
And if you weren't so attached to Floyds testicle hairs, you'd see ****m was right and Mayweathers own family from past 24/7's confirmed Floyd was spoiled and all he did was box and that he wasnt a street dude. If ****m wasn't a street cat, don't you think Roger and Floyd Sr would be disrespectful as hell towards him? I aint got NONE of them talking about ****m like they talked about Freddie Roach less some brothers in some kufi's show up at Mayweather Boxing Gym and do what James Prince boys did a while back. Bernard talked about it best when he described how they were cleaning up blood in that gym for DAYS. Or how James Prince and Co sat Floyd down in a chair in a Vegas hotel room and beat the breaks off his entourage. Why do you think ALL OF A SUDDEN Floyd has bodygaurds?
Now step off fanboy
Edit: Never mind. You're referring to the situation in which they "beat the breaks" off of Leonard Ellerbe and former camp member Thomas Summers. Way back when Floyd was a much smaller figure in the boxing world.
I'd like to see J. Prince pull that now. It'd be funny.Last edited by Hannibal Barca; 04-20-2010, 02:18 PM.

It's a pleasure to hear brother ****m impart his knowledge of the sport, situations and people! He is the "X" factor on this fight and I know that Mosley will be a more refined, secure and relax fighter with brother ****m in his corner. Wether it is going to be enough... will see.
Brother ****m.... your class and knowlege are a credit to this sport!
Peace!!!!
I second that. Don King, ****m Richardson, Bernard Hopkins, What do they teach these guys in jail over in america? they seem to all come out with some dumbledoor-like wisdom. I guess the exception is Floyd Joy Mayweather Sr hahahaha

But James Prince is a real street dude in the music/boxing industry. If you think for one millisecond that if he had some business to handle with Floyd that he wouldnt have a team of goons march right past those bodybuilders with GUNS DRAWN to go in that gym you are NUTS.
