Dude valero has a history of beating on his family members. sister and mother included. And from what I know he's an alcoholic. No one should feel pity on him instead feel sorry for the family of the poor girl and their children. Valero should rot in hell. BTW used to be fan.

yeah , this leads me to beleive that he didnt have any mental illness , he was known for this sort of thing and this time took it too far , we cant let every murderer off lightly citing mental illnesses because they had a moment of weakness

in america its all about mens rea, ie. your state of mind. if valero knew what he did was wrong he's amurderer. no matter what his mental defects are, he knew what he was doing is wrong. that's totally what's suggested by him coming downstairs and telling the security that he killed his wife. he knew it was wrong otherwise he wouldnt have told security at the hotel. the point is, based on these facts, he would have a hard time proving he was criminally insane under a us court.

Brain damage rarely causes insanity. That kind of **** is from chemical imbalances that you are born with.

Then I know you guys have been seeing the story on ESPN about the famed HS football coach were alot of stars went, got killed by a former player. The same player who use to play for him and his parents say loved the coach more than anything. However, the kid became mentally ill and started to have violent stuff with his mother. They tried to get him help and put him in a mental home but those places never helped him right. Then he shoots the coach and kills him. Everyone else in that boys family is fine good people. He was exactly the same until the illness which his mother says from what she understands, it makes you turn on people who you love the most.

Dont keep acting like you are always just scum. The guy may not be right. If ***** gets in a crash, gets brain damage and then starts totally changing then are you guys going to act like he was always like that and should be torchered, given the death penalty, and is the scum of the earth? We will never see Valero fight again. That much is known. Crazy people don't fight too. So in the best case scenario he's crazy and is put in an institution (after examination). In either case we will see him fighting again. Wasted talent.
