But why say that it's all Caballero's fault that the fight didn't happen? That's only seeing it one way. We know Lopez has tried everything he can to get out of figting Caballero or else we wouldn't be getting these Gamboa-Caballero stories on BScene. And how is it not a low ball offer to demand a million dollars and then offer the other guy $150,000? Can you put the red, white, and blue pom poms down with the star on it and answer that for me?

Listen, Al Bundy. First of all and let me make it clear Juanma demanding 1mill for a fight, againts anybody at this point is a travesty.

Second How 150K is low balling a guy, when thats his biggest pursue by far? Juanma didnt offer 150K and ask for a million. The 150 offer was a separate thing from the 1Mill demand. Juanma was getting like 275K for fighting Caballero.



So both can be blame for the fight not happening.



Now answer my question, why Caballero can turn down a fight, but others cant? He didnt want the 150K nor he defended his title against his mandatory? Why?

Caballero is ranked higher P4P than Lopez is and deserves to be (even though I agree, he doesn't belong in the top ten yet). He had more belts than Lopez did. Had more quality wins than Lopez did. You're only thinking along how much monetary leverage Lopez has and not thinking of how not taking that fight is hurting his legacy.

I've never heard of a guy so highly regarded on here blatantly turn down a fighter ranked P4P in his own division besides Mayweather-Pac up to an extent. I'm sure it's happened. But it's been a long time. Lopez needs Caballero more than Caballero needs him and with HBO showing Lopez the ropes proves it. He's not this big shot you all are making him out to be.

J MA is trying to be the new Pac. Duck the toughest challenges and fight the has beens. If he is pressured to fight a tough chanllenger low ball the opponent in order to discourage the fight. Typical Bob Arim BS and another hyped fighter that is duckin the top fighters.

we are talking here.. the reason why a fight gets done or not.... and monetary matters usually rules the way for that.
