Gamboa is good, but he's never been pushed. He has intimidated his opponents and looked great, but El perro looked like a world beater against Yorgy. Caballero is not going to be bullied. Gamboa has fought stationary fighters so far, but Caballero is a dancer with a machine gun. I'm not sure he will win, but he will definately let us know who Gamboa is. Juanma has hurt his own image with his running and if I called him any names, I'm sorry, but he has frustrated fans by fighting easier foes.

I'm glad to see the excitement that the possibility for this fight is already generating. I'm pretty psyched about it, too. This would be Gamboa's best fight and biggest test to date, if it happens. Caballero cannot be underestimated, but I think Yuri has the goods to take "Pelenchin" out. A win for Gamboa would definitely be a step up in legitimacy. It should only be top opponents after that.

I once again believe, Gamboa's speed will be the difference as well as his punching power. Cabellero is tough, has power and he is a fairly good technician, much better than anyone Gamboa has ever fought.

            Gamboa wins.

Folks don't buy in to this rethroic! Lou Dibella (Caballero's Promoter) stated in an interview that the Caballero vs. Lopez fight needs to hyped in order for everyone to make the right amount of money.

Even if they (Caballero/Lopez) wanted to fight tomorrow, they have to wait and create the anticipation with a couple of more fights and more articles such as this one.

Having said that..... Caballero is all wrong for Gamboa (who fades as the fight goes on), but Top Rank knows that the winner of that fight vs. Lopez is a money maker @ 126.

                Bring it on!!!!!!

I see Gamboa capitalizing on Caballero's wide punches. Gamboa will land a power punch with his left before Caballero finishes his wide open swings.

500k on Gamboa if anyone wants to bet, pm me and sig it.
