For those who say Mayweather couldn't even stop Marquez

the only way floyd scores "ko's" is if his opponent quits or the corner waves the towel(hernandez, corrales, chavez, gerena, augustus, gatti) he hardly has any power so stop pretending it's in his control. you would basically have to jump into his fists(hatton) for him to hurt you.Comment

My analysis:
From the looks of it, Mayweather could have stopped him whenever he wanted.
You pacfarts are acting as if he went for the KO and couldn't do it.
Truth is he didn't even try to knock him out. That was very apparent. Clearly he was carrying him for 12 rounds.
Why he didnt try? Maybe he just wanted to go the whole 12 rounds to shake off possible ring rust??
Marquez wasn't gonna get k.o'd by a featherfisted chump like Mayweather after going 24 rounds w/ a much more offensively dynamic fighter like Packy.
*****.

I said it in all the other threads and Ill say it again, the haters always ignore it because they know it true:
Floyd could have knocked him out whenever if he had taken a few risks. He didnt. He played with the guy for 12 rounds, and after the fight talked about it like his was in the fight of his life.
Floyd always does this. He completely dominates a guy and then talks the guy up like he's Sugar Ray to make himself look better.
Floyd/Marquez was a farce. It was an exhibition match and Marquez isn't a tenth of the fighter Floyd is up in the 140s. He doesn't belong in that weight class and shouldnt have been fighting up there.Comment
