I thought Sergio won but not by that much. Thought Cintron won the first two rounds. Just watched them. And I remember after the knock down Cintron really came on and won a few rounds.

I can see Pavlik KO'ing Martinez really late since Martinez gets tired and sloppy in the later rounds.

I got Martinez by decision, I can't see him stopping Pavlik but he'll win a competitive decision.

If Martinez stays off the ropes and keeps the fight in the middle of the ring(something that he is capable of). He will have an easy night. Do you guys forget how much Taylor did in the rematch? JT stayed of the ropes and kept the fight in the middle of the ring and had success against Pavlik. A lot of people felt that JT won that fight.

Also look at Pavlik KO's every time he has stepped up or fought top comp. Against Zertuche, Zuniga, Miranda, and Taylor. All those KO's happened when he had them on the ropes. Martinez is too elusive to be caught on the ropes like that. And, Pavlik is not the type of fighter who will KO you in the middle of the ring. He just hasn't done it against top fighters. I don't see a why Pavlik stops Martinez. If Pavlik wins is cuz he got a gift decision. plus I also don't think Pavlik is the same fighter he was before Hopkins.

He has them against the ropes because his punches back them up to the ropes. That's his gameplan. Get your back against the rope and unload the right hand. Dig the left to the body. Fire at will. You can't come forward because Pavlik hits like a mule.
