He has a pretty good chin.

I do see Dawson winning a clear UD.

    Side note:
I would bet 100K on Dawson beating Pascal. So if anyone feels game PM me.
I think Dawson is bigger, stronger, and faster. Pascal fought Froch at 168 and I don't rate Diaconu.

No, Pac is ranked #1 by Ring, so they won't put up their title. But the winner of the fight is rightfully the boss at WW, just not officially.

Maybe not. I guess a Mosley-Pac fight right now will have Pac as the betting favorite. So, Floyd beating Mosley shouldn't make him greater than Pac.

it wont be. It only happens when 1 vs 2 or sometimes 1 vs 3 in the rankings. Since Pac is number 1, wont happen.

Dawson has never knockout a elite fighter or even a solid fighter.

Froch may be at 168 . But hes a big dude and a real puncher.

When has Dawson ever shown himself to be a good puncher?

He has moderate power. Just enough to get you're respect.

I think Dawson's power is a tad underrated. Tarver and Johnson are two guys with steel chins. Plus, his style really isn't about going for the KO.

I'm just saying there's no evidence leading me to believe he can or will knockout Jean Pascal.

No it would not make him the Ring champ. But, it will make him the lineal champ.

                  Lineal>Ring IMO

He is not considered the Ring champ. But, he is the WBA champ. And, IMO the lineal champ.

He did not beat the man as in the champ because there was no champ at the division. Marg vs Shane was for the VACANT lineal title.

That is because Barrera was the Ring and lineal champ when Pac beat him. He should of also had the WBC and IBF titles but the sanctioning bodies are full of crap.

The WBA title is on the line, if Floyd does not pay for the sanctioning fee I am pretty sure GBP will. Just like how Top Rank did with Cotto-Pac. And, it really should be his 6 title in 5 weight-classes since Zab Judah should never been the IBF champ after loosing. But, whatever...

Hopefully Dawson stops Pascal. He should stop Pascal.
Yea that would be for the Ring and lineal title, which would be nice.
