How many fighters ranked number 1 in their weight division has Pacquaio fought and how many were actually fighting him at the level where they were ranked number 1?

oscar won that fight and im sure a lot of people will disagree but u don't know how to score rounds.
oscar throws and lands some and mayweather blocks some and throws a jab or left hook that oscar blocked all night long.
        You reckon nothing Slingblade.

If you think Oscar beat Floyd, you need to get your head examined.

          Sasakul, MAB, JMM, Hatton,

And, Ledwaba at the time was at worst #2 but a lot of people thought he was the best at 122 at the time. However, Paulie Ayala was the lineal champ...

According to the Ring Pacman is number 1 welter. Mosley is 2.
He said Hatton was number 1 at Junior Welterweight, dumbass. And Oscar was number 1 at Jr. Middleweight, according to Ring Magazine, which you are using for your argument. How many number 1s has Pacquaio fought?

no he was not ranked number 1 at jr middleweight by ring.

yes hatton was number 1 at 140, remind me did the fight take place at 140 or 147? if at 147 then hatton was NOT number at 147 when they fought.

He was ranked number 1 by Ring Magazine at Junior Middleweight and that was before Oscar bought it. The fact that he held a championship belt would have gotten him a ranking NO LOWER than number 4!

Why do you keep saying that? He was not ranked #1, he was ranked #5 at the highest when Floyd fought him.

Agreed. Morales has just got schooled by Zahir Raheem when Pac fought him a second time. He should have demanded and fought Raheem instead!
