According to the Ring Pacman is number 1 welter. Mosley is 2.
    Who cares?

TS isn't saying Floyd should be #1 right now. He is talking about the people he faught that were #1.

        oscar was ranked 6th.

baldomir was the lineal champ which doesn't mean you are necessarily the best just that you hold the lineage. and in his case this holds true as he was complete ****. margarito was ranked number 1.

hatton was not ranked at welter where he fought floyd.

jmm was not ranked at welter where he fought floyd.

mosley is ranked number 2 not number 1.

I respectfully disagree. Those guys were both on a downwind spire when Pacquiao fought them.

Everybody but Ring Magazine sees Mosley as the #1 WW. I'm not saying that as a Mosley fan, ask anybody, they'll say Mosley is #1.

                      oscar beat him i reckon.
floyd only won the last 4 rounds or maybe oscar won the last round with the hooks he threw.
oscar won that fight and im sure a lot of people will disagree but u don't know how to score rounds.
oscar throws and lands some and mayweather blocks some and throws a jab or left hook that oscar blocked all night long.
