That's what I thought too. Shane's answer can be interpreted several ways due to the way the question was asked. Burstein will be all over that probably. The questioner needed to be more specific, like "What specific date did you become aware you were taking EPO?" That would have helped.

Exactly what Im saying I believe that shane was responding yes that knew he was taking PEDs because this was done after the fact and judging by the date of this depo he probably had already discovered that he was in fact taking an illegal substance, so obviously the answer to the question would have been yes, so therefore his statement is in no way an admission that he knowingly took PEDs in the beginning.

The yes answer was merely shane saying that yes he knew he was taking PEDs because he had already found out before this depo was taken that he had been give PEDs. This not an admission of knowingly taking PEDs before the fact, only a yes to the fact that he found out later that he was in fact taking PEDs. I liked the way you picked up on that Splack.

uhmm you would have to be a little silly to think that Mosley didnt know what he was taking. Without a doubt Shane Mosley is a good person, but he is a good person who made a horrible mistake. He is the one who has to live with that mistake for the rest of his life. Guess what I know lots of people as I am sure all of us do who have made far worse mistakes and I dont consider them Bad People. Nobody's perfect.

The lawyer ask the questions in away were Mosley was in a no win situation there was nothing specific about what the guy was asking him.You still don't know when he really became aware that of what he was taking.This video seem like it was leak solely to hurt and defame Mosley and I would not be surprise if May had something to do with this.
