Wow. This really changes my mind about Shane. Here's Shane saying that he never knew that it was EPO but now there's actual video proof of him saying he knew what it was. Damn, Shane. Damn. I wouldn't be surprised if actually showed this on 24/7.

This video can be misleading if it happened after the fact, if mosley had already been notified that it was PEDS that he was taking, then if he was asked if he knew what he was taking was PEDs then the answer would obviously be yes, that may be why he was somewhat reluctant to answer yes to the question, these types of depsitions can be a little misleading in that regard. I need to know if this deposition was done after he discovered he was taking PEDs, and if it was done after, that may explain why he said yes to the question and was somewhat reluctant to say yes, because the question was a little misleading in that regard.

That's what I thought too. Shane's answer can be interpreted several ways due to the way the question was asked. Burstein will be all over that probably. The questioner needed to be more specific, like "What specific date did you become aware you were taking EPO?" That would have helped.
