That's not all together true. I have supported Floyd and am still a fan of his, but he's definitely had some lackluster performances, especially on the big stage. Now, that's not saying he didn't do what he had to do to win (which is at the end of the day the agenda), but IMO he was much more impressive at the lighter weights. I hope we see a shade of the old Floyd May 1st (which I think we'll need to see if he wants to win).

Nope, never been disappointed with a Mayweather PPV. For two reasons.

      1) I don't buy PPVs. So, I will never waste money on something disappointing.

      2) You know what your gonna get with Mayweather. So you watch to see what you know he will do, not to hope to see him kayo someone in 1.

I understand this perfectly and agree with you. But that doesn't make some of his fight any less disappointing though.

I don't know how anyone could say his fight against Hatton was disappointing. That was a great fight.

It doesnt matter who you put in front of him he will most likely the best fighter in the ring.

Its Floyd. You already know how he is. He selling a fight. You arent a casual fan you should know better. Hes promising beat downs for the casual fans not guys like us. Shane just promised to knock Floyd out. Do you think its going to happen? Hell no. Its Shane hyping up the fight.

Floyd isnt the only fighter in history to say stuff then do otherwise. Ali is great example he was wrong in a lot of his poems..lol.

He dominates people with his boxing skill. Baldi and JMM combined won ZERO rounds. Thats skill. He doesnt have to fight like a wild man to dominate people. Thats what I appreciate about Floyd. I dont want every boxer to fight the same. I want to see knock outs Ill watch Valero. When I want a pure, perfect display of the sweet science you watch Floyd. If you are watching him to jump out your seat you got the wrong guy.

                You mean Marquez?

Who in the right mind seriously believed Mayweather was going to kayo Marquez? I had to rip the Dinamita Cartel a new one because they weren't even giving their guy credit. I knew Marquez wasn't going to get kayo'd and everyone knew this was a tune up... Floyd wanted rounds.

Yes i agree with you even if i was for hatton on that fight.

I really don't care who wins on a fight even if the one i placed my bet on losses as long as it is entertaining.

Now, the only thing entertaining thing with floyd is his 24/7.

Sad to see boxing fans morph into MMA fans. All you guys care about is the KO. No surprise that all of you like the Hatton fight.
