TS is grasping for straws. Many Nike athletes have done many humanitarian efforts throughout the world. Are you saying they're hypocrites too? It's a fact that Nike uses sweatshops but if you're gonna put the blame on someone put it on Nike, not Manny.

Free trade is good for developing economies. Those working in nike sweatshops earn more money than the average wage in their countries anyway......there is a reason they only ever show images and footage.....no interviews........those ppl like working there......what other option do they have.

Free trade is good for small and developing nations and for the world.....it creates jobs and economic growth....don't let anyone fool you. You rarely go to war with a country you trade with extensively.

maybe if you guys could take a fighters **** out of your mouth for one minute, you would realize manny has donated more to his people and to causes involving improvment of others lives than you have in your entire meaningless existence. so **** this ****** thread. when you donate millions of your own money to a cause then you can critisize manny, until then , shut the **** up.

there are abuses by companies....but the major brands who ship cheap labour offshore such as nike they pay these people well above minimum wages and often more than average in the countries they live......this is good for them and the economy...they have money for rent, food, clothes etc etc.....which flows through other parts of the economy (multiplier effect)

...........FREE TRADE IS GOOD FOR DEVELOPING AND IMPOVERISHED NATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
