And how do you know he telling the truth? He a promoter just like Arum.. They all lie. GBP from the very start was trying to make Pac look bad with lies about Pac.. Just like how Oscar lied about Pac not hitting hard then turns around and says he hits as hard as Mosley on Peds..

For 3 weeks nothing was mentioned about OST.. Like I said Negotiations started Nov 24th.. First talk about OST was DEC 10th.. So it was never part of the intial negotations..

Well, you show me it was in the first draft. As a matter of fact, show me the draft period, because this is the only way any of this makes sense. If not, it is all hearsay just like everything else that gets spewed out about this issue.

Again, for your argument sake, even it was there from the "First Draft" they BOTH did not agree on a cut off..."BOTH" so the blame lands where?

Where did you read that it wasn't in the initial agreement? or was that your own sleuth work?

Well Ive shown you where it was publicly printed , so you show me where Arum denies it ?

The blame lands on the fact that Manny does not want to comply to OST thats what broke the fight , thats it in a nutshell and thats the reason he walked out the door .

My point was this. The blame lands on both sides for not coming to an agreement. It's like saying Floyd didn't agree with Manny's cut off date so it's his fault. Others say Manny didn't agree with Floyds cut off date so it's his fault.

Please..this is a matter of opinion.

In the very article you just posted for me to read, it says the Mayweathers wanted to ADD the OSDT to the contract. ADD. When did they wanted added, it does not say. So it is a matter of interpretation, you see it one way others see it another way. It is not clear on when they wanted to make it part of the deal. So i ask you, show me a first draft, and we can put this to rest.

I am not saying it wasn't there, but i am playing devils advocate here, show me a document, and not some writer who gathered his info like most internet writers, "From some one else's article".

Manny cant dictate how OST works neither can Floyd it is outside of their control , OST is a procedure that the experts outline , you agree too abide or you dont , its random by nature and Manny did not want that and he wanted a cut of date that the guys running the testing said was to wide a window and 20 days undermines the whole procedure .

Dont say Manny agreed to the testing because he didnt so again it is his fault , and again I ask you how can the deal breaker be known in the very beginning and then other demands being made by Arum and then after Floyd agrees to them all Arum backflips to the OST that he knew about all along ,,,, it cant happen unless Arum did not want the fight all along .

                  agree or disagree??????

What is the fundamental difference between drug testing and administration of weights and weight penalties?

                  Thanks.

Let's boil it down to what we DO know.

OSDT was in the contract in the "early stages" of negotiations. Both parties agreed. Now what?

The difference is they thought Floyd would say no , he didnt so they had to pull the rabbit out of the hat and go back to the OST that was there all along to derail the fight .
