Now what? Like i said a few posts ago, they did not agree on a cut off. No fight that's what.

    Does that answer your question?

Dont say Manny agreed to the testing because he didnt so again it is his fault , and again I ask you how can the deal breaker be known in the very beginning and then other demands being made by Arum and then after Floyd agrees to them all Arum backflips to the OST that he knew about all along ,,,, it cant happen unless Arum did not want the fight all along .
Your saying Manny never agreed to any testing? Is this what your saying? Just want to make sure.

I didn't have any question. I already know what happened. Pac made a million excuses so that he couldn't be tested randomly and eventually made it impossible to have the testing. Then he ran off to Texas. The rest is history. Can't wait until May 1st.

Well, OSDT is NOT a requirement by the NSAC, so you can negotiate, and this is what they did, and we all know the result. If it makes you feel better to say Pac ran from the fight, then scream it as loud as you can from the top of a mountain everyday from now until the day you die..Let's see who really cares.

Seems like that's the answer to all the debate, "PAC didn't take the test so it's his fault".

              please..

To be fair, floyd is training for the biggest fight of his life and doesn't have the time to go crusading right now. Let's see what he does after the fight, then we can determine whether he really wants change in the sport or is just full of ****.

" Schaefer says "random Olympic-style drug testing" should not be a surprise to Pacquiao because the drug testing clause was including in the original draft of the fight contract for March 13. The fight has crumbled in the last week after Pacquiao and his promotional company refused to have the USADA handle the Olympic-style drug testing. Pacquiao was willing to take up to three blood tests in connection with the fight and agreed to use a company other than the USADA. "
