I'm not hating here, just want to see where you gather your info.
It was in the first draft presented to Team Pac , Im sure somebody will post the articles from Shaefer stating it ..... now you explain how Arum over looks the deal breaker all the while making other demands only to walk out on what they knew about all along , it dont make sense ! ,,,, but when you look at the angle that they didnt expect Floyd to agree to everything they had to go back to the OST to pull out , and then they signed Clottey in a day , lol , Arum did not want a Mayweather fight that seems obvious to me , he was crying everyday No fight .

      Lets see..

      negotiations started Nov 24th..

Negotiations to make Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight ... nothing about OST

Formal negotiations in an effort to make a megafight between pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the first part of 2010 will open Monday.

more about negotiations talks.. Dec 2nd

More about venue, time and date of the fight and purse split talks.. .. again nothing about OST..

The proposed super-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather is getting closer.

Now we come to Dec 10th.. First talks about OST.. infact almost 3 weeks into negotiations.. Mayweathers throws in OST testing after everything is going fine.. So technically OST was never part of the initial bout agreement

Actually, no. As Dan Rafael stated on ESPN with Brian Kenny - during the interview where Teddy Atlas spoke, it was in there from the outset. This has been repeated multiple times by countless sources. Furthermore, Pac's camp agreed. Absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence. But you guys are clinging on for dear life and I don't blame you.

" Schaefer says "random Olympic-style drug testing" should not be a surprise to Pacquiao because the drug testing clause was including in the original draft of the fight contract for March 13. The fight has crumbled in the last week after Pacquiao and his promotional company refused to have the USADA handle the Olympic-style drug testing. Pacquiao was willing to take up to three blood tests in connection with the fight and agreed to use a company other than the USADA. "

Only several days after negotiations began and weeks before they broke down.
sorry, but that is the same article i have read for months, written by many different writers, and it doesn't say anything so shocking or discrediting. So am a little confused s to what your trying to prove.

They both agreed, just didn't agree on the cut off. Negotiations come to a halt. What's the mystery here? Also, still waiting on the mediator source.
