          He would have a case being that he beat Floyd and that prime Oscar win still looks good...so does the Vargas win although Vargas may have not been prime anymore...

                      He won't, Mosley gets to be a HOFER because he isn't good enough to beat Floyd. Mosley is still the same fighter who gets tagged by Jabs and straights like he was tagged against Forrest, Wright, and Cotto. Beating that one dimensional fighter Margarito who has 0 defense didn't fool me.

                                      Mosley is one of those guys who does amazing things sometimes, but when you look at his career as a overall, his accomplishments, are not quite there yet to be a ATG.

                                      I think beating Floyd can put him in the range of 85-100
