Not that old broken record again. Haye is no more the same fighter that lost to Thompson than Wlad is the same fighter who lost to Purrity. That was only Haye's 11th professional fight, and his tactics were extremely naive. He simply punched himself out, like Wlad did against Purrity and Brewster - but he is a completely different fighter now.
You could say that he has shown little evidence since he moved to Heavyweight that he has what it takes to have much chance against the Klitschkos, and I wouldn't disagree with you. But to bring up the Thompson fight is plain ******.
And your traingulation theory is also silly. Don't you know that styles make fights? Holyfield did well against the slow Valuev, but can't cut it with fast fighters any more.
Holyfield has already taken too much punishment in his career, and is already in real danger of suffering permanent brain damage. No way should a fast fighter with a big punch like Haye be allowed in the same ring with him. That would be a terrible day for boxing.
