Where was all this talk about the testing policies before? That's right no one gave a ****. It's all a game played by GB and Floyd. If not then they would have done this in the Marquez fight. Seeing as they made a LW go up to 147.

Why do you care if they're powerless or not? What's the problem with them being superseded in regards to drug testing if the USADA are doing a better job anyway?

Pac fans are not against stringent testing policies.

They're against a coward that suddenly became so adamant to implement OST when facing a worthy opponent.

What about the coward who refuses to take them?

the thread isn't about how the USDA is superseding the NSAC test, the thread is about how the NSAC can't get the USDA results when the fight is happening in Nevada which is under the jurisdiction of the NSAC.

Why not fight using the testing method mandated by boxing commission?

What to the 30 days or whatever? Probably because he was backed into a corner.

Look its obvious Floyd's plan was to turn this around on Pac. He wanted to make Manny look bad, or at best make him go through strenuous testing. The plan worked obviously.

But who does Mayweather think he is to just change the rules when he wants to? It's a load of ****. Pacquiao doesn't have to agree to anything Floyd demands. Especially when all the steroid talk started from the guy's dad.
