Is Floyd above the NSAC?

NSAC can not be held liable for something they have no control or say so over. If the USADA is providing a service to BOTH fighters that means the NSAC has no involvment in that service. NSAC didn't pay the USADA 1 red cent so they are not entitled to a damn thing as far as them tests go. NSAC has THEIR OWN TESTS and those are the only TESTS that they should be concerned about and that matters to them.Dealing with the NSAC is a process fighters in every contact sport in Las Vegas go through, not through the USADA. If they're asking for results of the tests Floyd mandated, it's because the fight is still happening on their grounds and in the case that there's any misrepresentation or what not, the NSAC are going to be liable first before anyone. The USADA aren't sanctioning this fight, they're just providing a service to Floyd.
If the NSAC wants copies of the results of the tests they should have to pay whoever is paying the USADA to conduct the test. **** that would offset some of the costs to whoever paid the testing.Comment

lmfao! NSAC will get the results and are entitled to conduct tests of their own if they require them.It doesn't look like they are worried,so why is the TS?
IMO-Floyd and Shane are going above and beyond what Pacquiao was too damn scared to do,hence the reaction from the TS...just knitpicky b.s. and clutching at straws as if this is a conspiracy or major controversy.Comment

All I'm saying is that the fight is happening in Nevada and that fight is under the jurisdiction and authority of the NSAC.lmfao! NSAC will get the results and are entitled to conduct tests of their own if they require them.It doesn't look like they are worried,so why is the TS?

The NSAC should be able to say "hand over the results or the fight doesn't happen." not in those words, but more tactfully.
The fact that the USDA doesn't answer to the NSAC but answers to Floyd means floyd is running things, not the NSAC.Comment

And Shane. Don't forget Shane. All I'm saying is that the fight is happening in Nevada and that fight is under the jurisdiction and authority of the NSAC.

Oh, don't forget every other time that the NSAC gets bypassed by a fighter. Like uhh..Cotto-Pacquiao.Comment

its a black eye to honest, clean boxers that the nsac refuses to upgrade their testing policies. guys like mosley cheated their system and the nsac doesnt care. all boxers should be above the corrupt athletic commissions in boxing. The Mosley/Floyd fight is in the state of Nevada, and yet the NSAC doesn't have the results of the USDA PED testing for Floyd and Mosley.
IMHO, that is a black eye to the NSAC. A commission should know what's going on with the testing of boxers who are boxing in their jurisdiction.
Bascially, floyd is running ****, not the NSAC.Last edited by el malo; 04-09-2010, 12:36 PM.Comment
