using the term overrated is getting old. Who exactly is overrating these guys? their good fighters, who have fought pretty good competition recently and won and people become fans.

Why does the fight have to happen now between Maidana and Khan? Whats gonna change in 3 fights even if one of them does lose a fight along the way?

Cause he was the Mandatory, if he wasn't I wouldn't even mentioned it. Khan has the skills to beat this raw puncher, would had love to see it and would have even greater respect for Khan if he would had beat him. It would made the Prescott fight look like a fluke.

Neither fighter is overrated. Both are seen for what they are; Bradley is the best man at 140 sans Pac, who likely is done with 140 anyhow. Maidana is dangerous to anyone due to his power, but is crude and can be outboxed. People know this. If I had to pick one I'd say Maidana, because people on here think Khan was wrong to fight Paulie instead of him when Paulie is better.

seriously, good fighters but just that.

Khan stops both within 8 rounds
Maidana eventually lands and Khan goes nighty night. Bradley outboxes him and might even stop him late

NO ****ing way Khan stops Bradley. It'd be a close fight, Bradley proved himself against a tough talented veteran in Holt and against super talented Lamont Peterson, who's probably with his brother the most skilled guy at 140.
Remember this: Khan may be good but his only fight against a ranked Jr.WW was Kotelnik and IMO Khan looked scared of Kotelnik's "power".

Maidana is an overrated fighter. Great puncher but he hasn't done anything that puts him on Bradley-Khan-Malignaggi-Petersons' level. He's way below them until he beats one of them.

Khan has that rare kind of handspeed that can earn him wins over all of them but what we don't know is if he can go to war with them without being hurt or if he has enough confidence to let his hands go against ANY opponent.

A better poll would have been "who is Khan trying to stay farther away from?" What a terrible thread.

I too would love to see the fight right now but you have to understand when one promotional company has two good fighters in the same weight division usually what they do is have them try to cleanout the rest of the division before they fight each other. Its just good buissness and not only does the promoter make more money but the fighters also make more money.

Golden boy really isn't doing anything diffrent than what top rank is doing with Gamboa and Juan Ma so just chill out the fight will happen so long as Khan stays at 140. I don't doubt that he might move to 147 when he gets a little older.

khan gets over-rated also cuz he has one solid win under his belt so far and a ko loss n i get alot of comments on my videos and on my channel that he will beat mayweather some day. i dont agree that he would ko both in 8. i think the 140 division has to be proved in the ring right now.but khan has the skills to be the best at 140 no doubt.

I do understand it is a business. Not to sound disrespectful to you but I don't care about their business deals or how much money they would make. I want to see the best matches possible and don't mind paying PPV or a seat to see a good fight. I hate Top Rank and how it manipulates the system to earn money, but there is nothing that I can do about but vent my frustration by writing here.

If Khan was a contender and not a champ I would give him the benefit of doubt like a gave Victor Ortiz. But when you are the champ you have to take all commers and fight your way into greatness.
