Fact is, JMM won more rounds in both fights. Fact is, many of the boxing worlds most established writers and analyst had JMM winning the second fight. Either way, JMM gave Pac a boxing lesson.

Who'd Pac fight earlier on in his career that was a slick African American fighter? I'm curious... Because according to trainer of the time, he kept him from just that.

According to Roach, Mosely's too good a fighter for Pac to fight... so, Mosely must be doing something right.

Manny is greater than duran in my book. If Manny beats Floyd then hes top 5 all time. If Floyd beat Manny EASY then talks of him being the greatest will reach an all time high!

yes he is open for right counters.. and thats why i give mayweather a chance to beat pacquaio. it seems the only fighter pacquiao will get credit for beating is mayweather. every other fighter in the world.. there are excuses. i want to see floyd and manny.. offense vs defense.

I like Pac but when I write anything negative I'm classified as a hater or a ***** (don't like Floyd but I recognize his skills). To say flat out that he would beat either these guys is not a good statement given the history of all 3 of these fighters. All of them in peek form would give problems to each other and you never know how would they do till they got into the right.

RM : The two boxing greats who Mannys been compared to as of late, due to his success in moving up multiple weight classes are Roberto Duran and Pernell Whitaker. How do you think Manny would match up with them at 135?

FR : Its tough to compare eras, of course. Pernell was a great boxer, and Manny has trouble with the counter-punching style a little bit, but I dont think Pernell could stand the pressure. With Duran, I think Manny could beat him. Duran was a ballsy guy; he liked to fight, but, you know, No Más made me wonder if he had any quit in him. In the past, at [lightweight], I picked Duran to win, but this time I think Manny would win by decision now.

This is more proof that Freddie Roach lives in the state of delusion. Duran would stand toe-to-toe and slug it out with Pac and knock him out cold. Sweet Pea Whitaker would make Pac look more like a fool than Mayweather would.
