slick counter puncher? other than may who is there? is manny too good for every other boxer? he's dominating world class fighters and all i hear are excuses.

whos a slick african american? pac fought slick fighters early in his career lol. i guess the only slick fighter to you is floyd? cause mosley sure aint...

agree to disagree man.. have a good one..
Fact is, JMM won more rounds in both fights. Fact is, many of the boxing worlds most established writers and analyst had JMM winning the second fight. Either way, JMM gave Pac a boxing lesson.

JMM, May, Mosely. He ducked Raheem, and Guzman. There's plenty of live opponents Pac hasn't and wont fight.

Who'd Pac fight earlier on in his career that was a slick African American fighter? I'm curious... Because according to trainer of the time, he kept him from just that.

According to Roach, Mosely's too good a fighter for Pac to fight... so, Mosely must be doing something right.

He corrected you, and you agreed with him... Ok.

Anyhow, you've failed to refute any claim posted in this thread. Odd isn't it, when people know more about your favorite fighter than you do.

But he is still so open for right hand counters. Just waiting to se when they will pair him up with a dominant right hand fighter to see how he would cope with it

fact is pacman won the 2nd fight.. lol. doesnt matter who thought what. manny won the second fight officially.

ducked raheem and guzman?! lol.. pacman ducking anybody is ridiculous.. he moves up to face the likes of oscar/hatton/cotto/clottey and he's ducking raheem and guzman? lol

sasakul is slick.. and pac's old trainer is probably mad he's not the one behind pacquaio's historic run.. lol

mosley was too good of a fighter before roach saw how well pacquaio fought cotto and clottey..

agree to disagree.. last post regarding this topic.. this back and forth won't end..

Manny is greater than duran in my book. If Manny beats Floyd then hes top 5 all time. If Floyd beat Manny EASY then talks of him being the greatest will reach an all time high!

yes he is open for right counters.. and thats why i give mayweather a chance to beat pacquaio. it seems the only fighter pacquiao will get credit for beating is mayweather. every other fighter in the world.. there are excuses. i want to see floyd and manny.. offense vs defense.

I like Pac but when I write anything negative I'm classified as a hater or a ***** (don't like Floyd but I recognize his skills). To say flat out that he would beat either these guys is not a good statement given the history of all 3 of these fighters. All of them in peek form would give problems to each other and you never know how would they do till they got into the right.

FR : Its tough to compare eras, of course. Pernell was a great boxer, and Manny has trouble with the counter-punching style a little bit, but I dont think Pernell could stand the pressure. With Duran, I think Manny could beat him. Duran was a ballsy guy; he liked to fight, but, you know, No Más made me wonder if he had any quit in him. In the past, at [lightweight], I picked Duran to win, but this time I think Manny would win by decision now.

Freddie sure does rate his boy highly! thoughts ..?
This is more proof that Freddie Roach lives in the state of delusion. Duran would stand toe-to-toe and slug it out with Pac and knock him out cold. Sweet Pea Whitaker would make Pac look more like a fool than Mayweather would.
