The only reason why he told Roach he would come down to 140 is because he was desperate for a fight. Why should the best WW come down to 142 when the weight limit is 147? Floyd doesn't need to weight drained the best WW to beat him.

You are mistaken. When Mosley approached Team Pac, he was told come in at 142 or don't come in at all.

Since then I have not seen or heard anything that says Pacquiao will fight Shane Mosley at 147. Last I read he wanted no part of it.

He will fight him at 142, but not 147. That's the facts as far as I know. Can you show me something that says Pacquiao will fight Mosley at 147? Because I have film and an article that says he won't fight him at 147 but will fight him at 142.
