Don't want to see it, sure it would be an exciting fight but wtf has Tony done to deserve this fight? He is completely undeserving. He got mown down by Shane Mosley last January. Beating Garcia won't prove much, certainly won't earn him a shot at the p4p no. 1. I'm sick of Arum keeping the dough in-house. Would much rather see Pac-Mosley (even if he loses to Floyd), Pac-Bradley, Pac-Alexander, Pac-Alvarez, hell I'd rather Pac-Maidana.
Arum: Manny could return in Sep if the "right" fight is made... Guess what...

Why do people think Pac is not about the money? Pac is an egostical diva. He is about the money. Look at his negotiations with Hatton and Oscar for proof. The man will fight where the more money is at. That means he will fight in the U.S. Because, the U.S will pay him more than what he will get in PI.
If you were Arum... would you put Pac in a fight with one of your own fighters or put him in a fight with someone outside your company?Comment

i aint sayin he dont. im just sayin he doesnt care about as much as a person like floyd. look, im sure manny is dying to have a championship fight in front of a home crowd for once. thts why i think its totally possible. and if u dnt think he turned him down because of principle, why do u think he turned it down???the only good reason i think he would is principle...so thats what i stick with.Comment

I never said Pac doesn't care about money, but the man does whatever Arum tells him to do. Arum will make this fight happen, even if it means they have to fight outside the US because he would rather keep all the money, instead of sharing it with a promoter.

Kudos glad to see a pac fan acknowledge that. All fighters are in this atleast partially for the money as well they should be.Comment

Is Arum going to make more money by having Manny fight Mosley and sharing millions with GBP or have Manny fight Margacheato and keep all the money in house?
A fighter like Mosley and Floyd is going to cost him way more than someone like Margacheato. Mosley is going to want at least 15 million like he got for fighting Floyd. Margacheato would take 5 million to fight Manny.Comment

What I think happened personally. I think when Schafer skipped the meeting with Jerry Jones is what really hurt the fight. Everything was agreed upon, everything was going smooth until that happened. I also don't think there was enough time to promote such a world wide event. This is a fight that the whole World wanted to see and you need press tours, world tours for this type of event. And, there was not enough time to make it happen. For such a huge event you need more time. This is why I think the fight didn't get done. And, I think the fight would get done later this year.Comment

Before I even went lengths to say Manny turned down for principle.
But of course, I forgot Arum's spite with Floyd and GBP, and prolly told Manny to **** them they don't get one red cent from us. (DISCLAIMER: don't ask me for proof I'm just hunchin' hahaha)
20% possible out of principle coz he's a billionaire in PH, 80% scumbag factor, that's what i say!
And para siempre Manny want some dough too...Comment
