klitschko as boring as he is,is the top guy right now,they very well may work very hard in training and just be naturally good athletically.

Povetkin is a coward, I'm sure it was coward ass Teddy Atlas who put him up to this to find a reason to avoid Wlad. The steroids test in boxing are fine as is, because fighters constantly get caught like James Toney, Vargas, and fighters you never heard of. So obviously the non-annoying testing is working as is.

if arthur is asking for it from a guy with equal or better bargaining position then yes.

if arthur is asking for it from a guy who has worst or no bargaining position then no.

if wlad was asking for it from povetkin. i wouldn't feel the same way.

wlad is the champion and the bigger money and he's in a position of power.

any request he makes is likely to be met so i don't see it as a way to back out or not to get the fight done.
