The question is irrelevant as of negotiation break down poitn anyway. In future negotations Floyd has every basis to ask for OST. Why? because it was refused the first time around. We have one fighter saying the fight will get made, but only if there is no OST. So what is the other guy supposed to think when he refused it for $40 mil the first time around and won't do it to get the fight made the second time around. Your question is moot mofo.Comment

No, he request testing for fighters he intends to step in the ring with. If he didn't intend on fighting Pac, I'm positive there wouldn't have been any demands for OST's, because there never would have been any negotiations.Comment
